Dr. Meenakshi also proudly serves as Co-Chair of the RACGP Women in General Practice Committee, bringing both expertise and advocacy to the heart of our clinic, with Compassionate care, Evidence-based treatment and a focus on your whole health journey.

Dr Roland Lee has been an integral part of our medical centre since its establishment in 1996. With over two decades of experience, Dr Lee is dedicated to providing empathetic and comprehensive care that goes beyond treating symptoms to addressing the whole person. His approach is rooted in a strong belief in preventative health, aiming to empower patients to take control of their wellbeing through education and proactive management.
Dr Lee’s interests are broad and reflect his commitment to holistic care. He has a particular focus on nutrition, understanding the vital role it plays in maintaining health and preventing chronic disease. He is also highly knowledgeable in travel medicine and immunisation, offering expert advice and vaccinations to keep patients safe during international travel.

Dr Sarah Hayes is a UK-trained physician with over 15 years of experience in general practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to excellence in primary care. Dr Hayes enjoys all aspects of general practice, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and contraception, where she offers expert advice and personalised management plans to support women’s wellbeing at every stage of life. Dr Hayes is dedicated to fostering a trusting relationship with her patients, empowering them to make informed health decisions in a supportive environment.

Dr Anwar Ikladios
Dr Anwar Ikladios brings over 30 years of extensive experience in general practice, offering comprehensive care across a wide range of health concerns. He holds a Diploma of Child Health, Diploma in Dermatology, Diploma in Skin Cancer, and a Certificate in Diabetes from the American Diabetes Association, highlighting his commitment to continued professional development and specialised care.
Dr Ikladios has a strong interest in diabetes and chronic disease management, working closely with patients to effectively manage long-term conditions and improve quality of life. He is also highly skilled in paediatric health, dermatology, and skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, providing expert care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Dr Daiva Dawson
Dr Daiva Dawson (MBBS, BSC) provides family medical care and counselling services. Dr Dawson is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and did her training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. After various forays into surgery, emergency and internal medicine, she discovered that she had a special interest in providing mental health care in a general practice setting.
She completed her higher training in 2004 through the GP Mental Health Standards Collaboration and now works as a fully accredited counsellor and provider of focused psychological strategies under Medicare’s Mental Health Care Plan system.
