    Dr Longlin Shen is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist, and Herbalist dedicated to providing evidence-based, integrated medical care.

    With a deep understanding of Chinese Medicine principles from her upbringing in China, Dr Shen brings two decades of diverse nursing experience from Melbourne, covering specialties like mental health, emergency, cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, rehabilitation, and geriatric care. Her unique dual background enables her to address health concerns from both Eastern and Western perspectives, striving to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being.

    Dr Shen's approach is holistic, and patient centered. She treats a wide range of conditions, including internal health issues, gynecological concerns, dermatological problems, musculoskeletal pain, and chronic diseases. Her expertise was further developed through internships with esteemed senior TCM practitioners at leading hospitals in China, including Tianjin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine University Affiliated Hospital, and Chang Chun Kangda Hospital, a globally recognized TCM hospital for obesity treatment and research. Beyond her practice, she translates Chinese Medicine texts and provides charity acupuncture for cancer patients.

  • Dominic Tan - Physiotherapist and Hand Therapist

    Dom is a physiotherapist with over a decade of combined experience across specialist upper limb clinics, community health, and elite sports settings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, along with additional qualifications in Strength & Conditioning and Powerlifting Coaching.

    Dom’s interest in shoulder, wrist, and hand injuries stems from both personal experience and professional exposure. After navigating his own recovery from a complex shoulder and wrist injury, he developed a deep appreciation for the challenges of upper limb rehab. His passion for climbing has further shaped his clinical focus—especially in the treatment of hand and finger injuries.

    He went on to work in specialist upper limb clinics alongside orthopaedic and plastic surgeons, gaining extensive experience in managing complex post-operative and non-operative conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

    Dom combines hands-on treatment with strength and conditioning principles to help patients recover efficiently and return to doing what they love. While he has a strong focus on upper limb conditions, he also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues and enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels.

    Outside of the clinic, Dom enjoys bouldering, weightlifting, and bushwalking. He is currently accepting new patients and speaks English, Mandarin, and Teochew.
